Because of this - we offer a 100% guarantee your item will arrive in proper condition. If it doesn't - we'll offer a replacement or a refund depending on your preference.

Because we are a made to order business replacements or refunds are only accepted in the above situations.

Refunds & Replacements

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Damages or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hibiscasoleil@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds or reshipments are only provided in cases of verified production defects or fulfillment errors.

European Union Customers
